At Mass Appeal, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off Your Return

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
